Our land is in Menkao, a district within the Borough of Maluku in Kinshasa.

Menkao, is situated on the outskirts of Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Is characterized by its peri-urban environment, giving it a rural ambiance despite its proximity to the city. The climate is damp and tropical, marked by two distinct
seasons, with heavy rainfall typically occurring in April, November, and December.

In 2023, Terre d'Espoir acquired one acre of land in Menkao, which was expanded to two and a half acres within a few months. The proceeds from this land are solely allocated to supporting ex-offenders.

Through our agricultural endeavors, we have been able to provide assistance to some of our clients by facilitating medical check-ups and supporting their healthcare needs.
